Workshop: Layered Domed Enamel Necklace
Apriil 30, Sunday
Instructor: Jen Townsend
Learn the art of copper enameling while you make a layered necklace. We will cover basic sifting and layering techniques with access to a large selection of colors and copper shapes. You will be firing your pieces in a 1500 degree kiln to allow the powdered glass enamel to fuse to the copper surface. Sterling silver plated chains will be provided so you can have a finished handmade necklace ready to wear home!
All materials and tools will be provided.
Class is open to any student ages 16+.
This workshop is open to four students.
For your safety, closed toe shoes are required for this workshop.
